Requirements:
• Call center experience.
• Passion for fitness
• Good business acumen
• High energy and integrity.
• Collaborative, strong teaming and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze many potential solutions and select the most appropriate, required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and develop and implement a project plan.
• Strong abilities with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with Database programs. Microsoft Project experiences a plus.
• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance record at such level as is determined at the company’s sole discretion
• Work independently
• Capable of taking direction
• Extremely organized
• Charismatic
• Excellent phone voice
• Ability to handle stressful situations
