Automotive Tier II / Account Supervisor or Account Director (Southern California)

Arrowhead Advertising — for eight years one of the fastest growing automotive advertising agencies with offices nationwide, is looking for two (2) account directors with at least five years of automotive marketing/advertising experience to fill BOTH a vacant and newly-created position. These positions handle a mix of BOTH Tier 2 dealer ad association and Tier 3 individual dealer business. Current Tier 2 business includes a red-hot top-tier Asian import brand across the United States, while Tier 3 account include a variety of major dealerships across various brands throughout the West Coast.

Ideal candidate must have prior experience work on Automotive Tier 2 or Tier 3 accounts at an advertising agency with supervisory experience. If you factory or affiliate automotive marketing experience, that would be a bonus. This position is responsible for developing marketing plans, creative briefs, digital initiatives and media plans for each advertising association and/or dealership, while conducting quarterly marketing meetings in each market. In addition, candidate must meet face-to-face with clients on a regular basis and feel comfortable to conduct daily calls to the dealers in each market. Candidate must also have a full understanding of retail sales, wholesale sales, integration of national and region marketing plans, car flow and dealer operations. Position also requires a thorough understanding of automotive digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Both positions will work out of their homes, which must be located in Southern California.
