Account Manager/Recruiter (Greater Los Angeles Area)

AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!Responsible for running a full desk of sales and recruiting on a temp, and permanent basis:
Duties will include:
SALES
· Identifying prospective clients from job postings, websites, linkedin, leads, and networking.
· Attend industry related functions for networking opportunities and enhanced product knowledge
· Identify and initiate contact with all authorized hiring decision makers within companies
Secure client visits from cold and warm calls
Obtain defined job orders with detailed job descriptions
Set and negotiate bill and pay rates and “temp-to-perm” conversion plans
Recruitment Tasks:· Identify viable candidates that register from online databases and job boards
· Assist in placing weekly job ads on various job boards/college websites and sort responses to identify qualified applicants
Research new websites/job boards to post ads for nonprofit candidates
· Sort resumes and identify the best possible candidates, phone screen and office interview
· Check references of temp candidates, as needed
· Maintain inventory of temp candidate pool
· Handle all general inquiries from candidatesRequirements:
Must have experience working in the Staffing/Recruiting Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Database skills a MUST
Strong sense of humor- Location: Greater Los Angeles Area
- Compensation: Temp to perm! Hourly rate is $15/hr
