Job Description:
- Project Communication:
o Review client requirements through multiple consulting sessions
o Discuss implementation of software and processes to improve efficiencies
o Map out requirements to accounting software and communicate timelines
- Business Process Consulting:
o Discuss and understand our client’s business processes and document them in detail
o Map out requirements to relevant software functions and implement the solution
o Consult and train the client on the improved business processes
- Accounting & Software Training
o Train clients on the defined processes and use of the software solution
o Train clients on the proper accounting of business metrics using the software
o Train employees of clients on their specific job functions within the software

Majority of our clients are in Distribution, Wholesale, Made for Stock (manufacturing), Made to Order (light manufacturing)

Required Skills:

Familiar with standard business processes
Familiar with accounting principles
Familiar with MS-SQL queries and database functions
Familiar with Crystal reports
Overall knowledge of network topology and various Microsoft environments.
Good communication skills & attention to detail
Ability to write and review scope documents
Online Troubleshooting and support of specific applications (Familiarity with SAP B1 a Plus )

Will train the right individual for higher level projects and roles
Candidate must get Certified by the relevant software publishers such as SAP and Microsoft once employed, and hold valid certifications as well as stay current on the ongoing education requirements.
