Admin Assistant for entrepreneur. $10 – 12 an hour. Flexible. (El Segundo)

  • El Segundo based small business has an immediate opening for a part- time Assistant.
     

     
    We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager or bookkeeper.
     

     
    Duties include:
     
    • Coordinating executive’s schedule, correspondence
     
    • Manage online marketing tactics using facebook, linkedin, twitter, yelp, etc
     
    • Bad debt, accounts receivables management and collections
     
    • Various paper work & reporting
     
    • Creating and executing operations and administrative systems
     
    • Data entry
     
    • Create documents using Office Suite and other applications
     
    • Manage supply inventory levels
     
    • Manage customer relationship management database
     

     
    References Required
     
    Pay will be $10-12 hour based on experience
     

     
    Candidate must be dedicated, organized and have strong communication skills with the following qualifications:
     
    • High attention to detail
     
    • Intermediate internet skills
     
    • Customer service experience
     
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
     
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer relationship Management
     
    • Ability to prioritize and organize
     
    • Good with numbers
     
    • Friendly, dedicated, and reliable
     
    • Ability to self manage projects in a timely manner
     
    • Experience with Quickbooks preferred
     

     
    This position will be 10 – 15 hours per week. Schedule is flexible.
     
    Pre-employment drug screen is required as well as a background check.
