Part time home based administrative and marketing position for Redondo Beach insurance adjuster company. Duties include: mailing documents by certified mail to insurance and mortgage companies on all our new clients. Scanning records and returned mail receipts to web based client software records. Documenting your phone calls to adjusters and mortgage company employees. Calling selected clients to ask survey questions and obtain signed client contracts for property damage cleaning. Company pays envelope and postage expenses. Choose one day during the week to do the administrative portion which will take between 4-8 hours each week. Your pay for this is $90.00. Additionally, $50.00 is paid for each signed property damage cleaning contract you obtain from our client if they express interest from a survey you call them about. We have up to 15 new clients each week. Calling clients to ask survey questions can also be done during your administrative task times if the administrative tasks are completed. Equipment needed: Computer with Internet access, document scanner, phone, good transportation for going to the post office or for retrieving new client records from the company. Ideal position for individual with law firm administrative background and successful phone sales experience. Please attach your resume if you are interested.
