    The State Bar of California is the States’ regulatory agency of Bar admissions. The Admissions office has an immediate opening for a Coordinator of Records.

    The COR reviews and processes bar applications and creates, organizes and maintains records, inputs data into an AS 400 database. Must be detail oriented, have good data entry and overall keen and accurate computer skills. Must have excellent communications skills and the ability to interface with staff and the public. Must work independently, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and set priorities. State wide travel required to administer bar exams.

    Must possess this similar admissions or similar record management experience and know how. Bachelor degree in business administration is desirable.
