We need an extremely talented, artistic, and energetic self-starting graphic designer to create jaw dropping materials for us, mainly websites and the related marketing materials that go along with those sites.
This is a long-term, full-time position.

REQUIRED SKILS:
Detail-oriented, self-starter, thinker, creative.
Must be highly proficient and able to complete projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Extremely Skilled in Photoshop
Knows color and design theory very well.
Experience working in and delivering work for a marketing environment.
Can-do attitude.
Experience designing email blasts
Designing marketing spots and banners for websites.
Ability to design websites from scratch in photoshop then deliver them in a form ready to be taken over and completed by a dedicated coder. This includes coming up with all design concepts and elements used in the site.
Your websites & work must look AWESOME and make people want to buy things or listen to our messages.
Provide general graphics for all company needs (develop, color correct and retouching of images for website and misc. projects.)
Attention to details with extremely strong visual design skills, layout and high graphic standards. Strong design skills absolutely a must, must have a portfolio to back them up.
An eye for finding stock photos that are in the voice of the sites

You don’t really need to have coding skills if your graphic design talents are amazing enough to compensate, we have coders that can finish the sites once you design them.
That being said it would be an added bonus if you had these skills:

Up to date with all web development practices and trends
Dreamweaver
CSS Sprites
Proficient in programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and website management)
FLASH
SEO Friendly Coding
Ability to work with aggressive deadlines on multiple/simultaneous projects
Extensive knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite (AfterAffects, Illustrator, and InDesign)

This is full time position.
No telecommuting unless you are talented enough for us to make an exception. No relocation assistance.
