Flavor Application Scientist

We are currently searching for a flavor application scientist to join our team. This position will support our R&D and Sales staff through the use of flavors to optimize the flavor profiles and palatability of a wide range of products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the food industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field. Product Development experience in creating beverage, bakery, confectionary, dairy, nutritional and “center of the plate” items is desirable.

Excellent communication and willingness to work as a team player with minimal supervision are essential.

Job Requirements:
1) BS or higher degree in Food Science or related field
2) Experience in product development or flavor application testing
3) Curious, self motivated
4) Highly Organized
5) Ability to produce a wide variety of products in a lab environment
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
