JOB DESCRIPTION:  
 
This position will provide expert-level telephone/mail based software/hardware application support for Corelis’ customers and field sales organization for boundary-scan (JTAG) test and programming tools, emulators, debug and integration tools. The successful candidate will have a BSEE or BSCS and excellent verbal communications and writing skills. 
 
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to work with Customers. 
• Hands on test engineering or digital design experience a plus. 
• Highly motivated and success-driven. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Excellent time management and people skills. 
• Experience with In Circuit testers systems is a plus. 
• Excellent technical writing skills. 
• Able to work in a multi-tasking environment. 
• Knowledgeable in PC tools MS-Windows, MS office, etc. 
• BSEE or BSCS is mandatory.
