MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of: audio, video and consumer electronic devices, wiring and signals; computer trends, capabilities, and terminology; some computer hardware and software installation
Experience: identifying and resolving A/V system problems including compatibility conflicts, application operations, and hardware malfunctions
Associate degree in computer science or programming, electronics or A/V technology related field (or equivalent experience).EXAMPLES OF WORK (may include but is not limited to):
Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains audio/visual hardware and software products
implements and monitors company standards and procedures
identifies, evaluates, and corrects hardware, software, and operational problems
maintains service logs and inventory
coordinates hardware and software updates from vendors
simple repairs and maintenance of equipment
provides technical guidance and one-to-one training to users
monitors problem/change activities and ensures effective implementation of new or enhanced systems and resolution of user problems
may monitor maintenance agreements, warranties, and site licenses
ensures all set-ups are according to Company standards and inventory is in good working orderPrevious experience
minimum of 1 year in records/data/asset management, archiving or cataloging
working with assets/archives for entertainment and/or online company preferred
experience utilizing technical tools and new technologies.

basic spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage skills
