Assistant to French Entrepreneur (Los Angeles)

Personal / Executive Assistant needed for Entrepreneurial partners setting up a Los Angeles business venture. Hours vary from 20 hrs to 40 hrs / week, and assistant will be needed for 6 months, but maybe longer.
Responsibilities include: scouting home office locations locally; setting up home office; office management such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, driving principals to meetings, errands, reception and e-mail and regular mail management. Also, internet research and writing detailed reports.
Applicants must have excellent presentation and communication skills; an interest in culture and arts; a flexible work schedule; and at least 5 years of administrative / PA / EA experience. Desired, but not required, are marketing capabilities and knowledge of French.
