The Auto CAD Designer performs activities and functions of an Architect including preparation of schematic designs, programming drawings, functional space planning, equipment and furniture layout, and knowledge of MEP coordination for project / space configuration. Understands design and building code requirements for Hospital, Clinical & Research projects.
  
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in CAD design plus 4 years of hospital / medical clinic design experience.
  
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Title 22 & 24 building codes, OSHPD, City agency permits. Able to reconfigure or create new space plan options, Architectural program software.
