Small, but busy, architectural firm in Glendale is looking for someone who is AutoCAD proficient and can manage a residential and/or commercial project from preliminary design to construction documents ready for permit. A qualified applicant will need to be very familiar with building codes and be able to produce Construction Documents. Will need to go to city planning offices, research issues, submit plans and interface with plan checkers. 
 
Must be; 
 
1) Local to Glendale area 
2) Have reliable transportation 
3) Speak english 
4) Must have minimum of 5 years direct experience. Please no resent graduates. 
4) Must be willing to perform a one day un-paid trial. Day will be paid if experience, qualifications and skills match expectations. 
 
This position will pay either hourly or per project. To be negotiated.
