Bankruptcy and Tax Resolution firm is looking for experienced (min 2 years experience) full time bilingual (Spanish) Bankruptcy Paralegal with knowledge of ch 7 and 13.
A successful candidate must:
1. Be familiar with all bankruptcy procedures.
2. Have strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite or Wordperfect.
3. Knowledge of Bankruptcy West Thompson program or similar
4. Be able to prepare petitions, motions, responses, follow-ups, other legal documents and e-file.
5. Need to have strong organizational skills.
6. Need to be able to multitask.
7. Have good communication and written skills.
8. Light/Medium phone answering
