What we’re looking for:
• Stable work history as a retail manager, “4-wall” experience a must
• Proven record of strong sales and people development
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work with little direction or supervision
• Ambition and passion
• Beauty experience is not necessary, but preferred

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
• Drive traffic into the store and exponentially increase sales
• Develop, coach, and motivate a strong, effective sales team
• Create and maintain business and client relationships to build the Space NK name
• Create and execute original store events
• Oversee all store operations
• Control costs through effective scheduling, supply order management, and accurate cash handling.
