Benefits Manager -Global Law Firm (Los Angeles)

Global law firm with offices in Los Angeles seeks a specialized Benefits Manager.
Ideally, you have law firm experience, though not required. But, you must have at least 2 years of specialized BENEFITS experience. This is not a HR position with some benefits -it is all benefits.
You will work with the COO. Duties include:
- Administration for all welfare benefits (medical, dental, ltd, long-term care, life, etc.;
- Claims expereince (medical/dental/workers comp);
-Handling of open enrollment (carrier negotiations, draft benefit summaries, process enrollment/change forms, etc.);
- LOA tracking (FMLA, CFRA, W/C);
- 401k;
- Invoice reoncilliation, Professional Liability Insurance.
Finally, top computer skills a must.
