Leading merchant financial services company is looking for talented Merchant Support Specialists to join its growing team. Our representatives work together as a team to deliver superior service to our valued credit card merchant services customer base. Candidates must be bilingual: English + Korean. A mostly entry-level or near entry-level position, we are also open to speaking with experienced representatives. Experience in the merchant processing industry is a plus but not required. Basic training will be provided.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native-level fluency in English and Korean
