  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) real estate broker wanted to assist property management company with day-to-day functions ie: Scheduling maintenance, showing vacancies, mailing notices.
     

     
    Candidtate MUST have a CA real estate broker’s or salesman’s license, a clean driving record, auto insurance, and outstanding references.
     

     
    Candidate MUST have computer skills, such as Microsoft Works, Powerpoint and Excel. Candidtate MUST live near our office in West Los Angeles.
     

     
    This is a part-time work for an independent contractor, and not employee status. You can work from your home. You must have a fax machine, an e mail address, a cell phone, and MUST be available to show properties on Saturday and Sunday.
