The Lyla Peach Foundation, Inc. (Ca charity number CT0163584) is looking for individuals to sit on our board of directors from Aug 20, 2010 thru Feb 1st, 2012. Compensation will be $400. per month. You will have to attend two meetings per month (on saturdays).
 

 
Duties Include:
 
*Attend two meetings per month, generate ideas on how the charity can raise funds to acheive our goals, assist in selling fundraising tickets, attend our charity giveaways and other duties.
 
*As a board member you will be required to be placed on the charities bank account information so if your on the chex system or just don’t want to be placed on the account or just cant please do not inquire.
 

 
Important information:
 
Because you will be around young children and their families the charity has an obligation to protect their well being, because of this we will run a criminal background to make sure that you or not a danger to children. This criminal background check will have to be paid by yourself (cost is $150.00 but is refunded to you if you are hired on your first paycheck). Failing the criminal background will not entitle you to a refund of the criminal background cost.
