Bookkeeper – Full Charge – Business Management (Woodland Hills)

  • Established Business Management Firm is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper. We specialize in clients within the Entertainment Industry.

    Requirements:
    *Minimum of 4+ years of experience
    *Knowledge of Datafaction a must
    *Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    *Motivated self starter
    *Excellent organization skills

    Responsibilities:
    *Daily interaction with clients and their staff
    *General ledger coding and posting journal entries
    *Accounts Payable Supervision
    *Cash Receipts
    *Bank Reconciliations
    *Booking brokerage statements
    *Payroll processing

    Salary commensurate with experience, excellent benefits and an opportunity for growth if desired.
