Bookkeeper/Office Mgr for a Sports Marketing Company (Mid Wilshire)

  • PRIMETIME Sports & Entertainment is looking for a bilingual (Spanish) bookkeeper/office manager for a full time position.

    Job duties include all facets of accounting activities including but not limited to:

    - Creating invoices
    - Entering and paying bills
    - Account and bank reconciliation
    - Payroll
    - Tracking and maintaining expenses for projects
    - Budget support
    - Managing expense reports
    - Office manager duties include handling personnel issues, maintaining PTO program, ordering supplies and various problem-solving for office related issues.

    Job Requirements:

    - At least 2-5 years experience
    - Bilingual (Spanish) a must
    - Proficient in Quickbooks
    - Degree in Accounting preferred
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
    - Ability to work well independently and exceptional organizational skills
