Candidate must have at least 4 years of Branch Manager experience in the financial industry. Must have working knowledge of branch operations and activities, excellent customer service and sales experience, effective oral and written communications skills, and basic accounting skills Must have personal computer skills including Word and Excel, basic knowledge of Human Resource laws, strong analytical skills, strong team-building and coaching skills. Education required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited university.
