Experienced Building Maintenance Technician Needed

Star View Adolescent Center (SVAC) is looking for a highly skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support the facility’s maintenance effort. SVAC is a 56-bed psychiatric facility for adolescents with multiple units and an on-site non-public School. The Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance support in the areas of the facility’s physical plant, equipment and grounds.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of the following:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years building maintenance and/or construction experience
• Certification courses or equivalent in vocational training or apprenticeship in construction/maintenance trades preferred
• Ability to prioritize work at fast pace without compromising good quality
