Busy and well-established REO agent representing over 17 Banks is actively seeking a dynamic and versatile individual, who can handle a very very fast passed job.
Job summary:
Full time. Candidate will provide support to busy REO Agent. Interact with real estate brokers, title companies, attorneys, buyers& Banks, and other business partners to effectively enable property sales.
Focus is on meeting all timelines on time
Perform data entry and other duties as assigned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone skills and follow up.
Familiar with mortgage and real estate terminology.
General knowledge of real estate principals and practices.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Must be adaptable and up for the challenge of a fast-paced operation
Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate accuracy.
Strong understanding of MLS
Coordinate turn on and turn off of utilities
Coordinate asset preservation services and obtain bids when necessary
complete status reports
High School and/or College diploma (a must).
Must have experience in real estate sales or property management, preferably working in a high volume real estate or REO department.
Mortgage processing experience a plus
