Description:
Call Center Representatives are responsible for targeting new accounts and supporting the successful recruitment of prospective students. Effective communication and customer service skills are a must to join our fast-paced and growing company.
Requirement:
• Inbound and Outbound Call Center experience including: appointment setting, managing high call volumes, interviewing, and data entry.
• Excellent communication skill, bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, outgoing, and sales oriented.
• Experience with sales teams and/or education industry a plus.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking abilities required.
