Highly successful Emergency Water Restoration Company is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Tech that is self-motivated, energetic, well-organized, self-starter individual to join a team oriented, fast paced office environment with growth opportunities!!!! This is a full-time position.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Dust furniture, machines, or equipment.
• Follow procedures for the use of Solution cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually
• Steam clean or shampoo carpets.
• Clean equipment, such as metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, or power cleaning equipment.
• Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
