We are looking for outgoing, independent and self-motivated individuals to join our nationally ranked green remodeling sales team. A motivated Sales Executive will earn anywhere from $90,000 – $150,000+ per year. 3-4 appointments provided per day.

Position:

Full-time Sales Executive required for fast-paced nationally ranked green remodeling company located in Los Angeles. No experience needed. Training provided.

Skills

Responsibilities include:

- Managing product development and the entire production process from initial concept through to bulk production.

- Complete final review of all pre-production samples.

- Speaking overseas on phone and on Skype to the factories

- Maintaining spreadsheets of production flow and inventory count

- Maintaining managerial role for production team

- Working with design on all necessary rounds of sampling which includes sourcing raw materials, allocation of product communication with the factories to ensure that design’s vision is brought to life.

- First second and final costing sheets

- Work with merchandising, design and the factories to ensure that all raw materials used in sampling will meet suggested retail price points.

- Ensure that all raw materials are placed and capacity is reserved prior to placement of orders if necessary due to calendar lead times.

- Make sure that all proper testing requirements are met for components, final product and packaging.

Ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years experience managing a community of a least 375 units and will possess good management and leasing skills in order to direct a team composed of an assistant manager, leasing staff, maintenance, and janitorial personnel. The position requires good leasing and organizational skills plus computer literacy including knowledge of Excel and Word. Knowledge of Yardi, a plus. Compensation includes an apartment, bonus and benefits.
