In exchange for your part-time work (approximately 30 hours/week), we will give you room and board in the Institute’s spacious penthouse loft, including your own private room with a view, DSL, phone, maid service, tech support, bar and kitchen access, some gourmet home-cooked meals, recording studio, erotic art gallery, awesome eclectic ambiance, 14,000 square feet of space to work and play in (basically, $2000/month worth of room, board & amenities) with an exciting, vibrant, socialist-style, capitalist-oriented community of artists, technologists and sexologists.

You will make commissions from the clips that you edit for us as we sell them on our various websites. If you are highly self-motivated, reliable team player, you’ll have the chance to become a partner in some of our growing Internet properties.

Obviously, this is an unusual position that is not for everybody, but for the right person, there is tremendous room for growth and an opportunity to “live the dream.”

This is an extremely fast paced position with tight deadlines and project slate that requires a professional with experience in Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Motion, Soundtrack, Live Type, color correction and sound mixing.

Experience editing trailers, promos, and short features are mandatory. The ideal candidate will also be proficient with graphic design, DVD authoring, video compression and is familiar with a variety of HD and SD formats. Have knowledge of basic broadcast standards.

Must know how to work in a Mac environment how to troublezshoot and problem solve when needed.

Must be able to communicate with direct supervisor and coworkers.

Preferred Additional Skills: Adobe After Effects, DVD Studio Pro, 3D Animation, Boris FX, Magic Bullet Music Sequencing (ProTools, Soundtrack), Visual Effects, Excel spreadsheets, etc.

Must be able to take and implement direction, meet deadlines, work hard and follow through on all projects.
Must be comfortable with the ADULT-RELATED content.
Must be able to work on site and work well with others.
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.

Salary – $18//hr — This position will be paid on a Freelance/Contract basis. This position is for the night shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. There will be approximately a week of training during the day before moving to the night shift
