<p>The Data Entry Coordinator/Accounting Clerk&#8217;s primary responsibility is to data entry of transactions and handle varied other clerical responsibilities.  In addition, the Data Entry Coordinator/Accounting Clerk will support the Accounting Department with specific projects as assigned.  The successful candidate will be confident, self motivated, assertive, energetic and passionate about their work.  A demonstrated ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must!</p>
<p>Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:<br />
•	Enter data with speed and accuracy;<br />
•	Research outstanding issues and contact vendors via email and phone as needed;<br />
•	Retrieve and distribute incoming mail;<br />
•	Assist others in Accounting Department as necessary;<br />
•	Demonstrate ability to multi-task and maintain excellent organizational skills;<br />
•	Demonstrate flexibility in job responsibilities;<br />
•	Other job duties as assigned.<br />
•	Due to fluctuating demands, and the nature of Icon Media Direct&#8217;s business flow, it may be necessary for each team member to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically outlined above. Team members are expected to help out in other departments when requested.  </p>
<p>Minimum Job Requirements include:<br />
•	Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.  <br />
•	A minimum 1 year data entry experience.<br />
•	Microsoft Office 2007 proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred. <br />
•	Prior advertising agency experience preferred.<br />
•	General office equipment (copier, fax, multi-line phone, etc.) experience.<br />

<p>Principal Tasks</p>
<p>Open mail, sort and stamp daily and prioritize according to due date.<br />
Tenant check all invoices received and post tenant charges as needed. <br />
Email tenant charges reports and invoice copies to properties as processed. <br />
Entering all invoice amounts into Excel control sheet and analyze spreadsheets for missing invoices and changes in usage amounts<br />
Research of discrepancies and past due balances<br />
Upload of water billing reports as needed.<br />
Cover receptionist area as needed.<br />
Assists with special projects as assigned by Accounts Payable Manager.</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p>High school diploma or GED equivalent<br />
Ability to multi task a must<br />
Ability to handle a high volume workload and meet deadlines.<br />
Strong Microsoft skills necessary.<br />
Knowledge in accounts payable a must.<br />
Great organization skills necessary</p>
<p>Qualifications and Experience<br />
1+ years experience in Accounts Payable<br />
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office <br />
Effective communication skills a must.<br />
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail</p>
<p>Salary:  $24,960 &#8212; 29,120 annually</p>

<p>Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) are USCCU&#8217;s member service champions, responsible for helping USC&#8217;s students, alumni, faculty and staff achieve their financial dreams.  From opening new accounts to identifying member needs and fulfilling them with value-added credit union consumer loans, mortgage loans, high yield deposit accounts and low-cost transaction services, our FSRs have a single purpose: to act only in   the best interest of our 55,000 member/owners.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a bachelor&#8217;s degree (or combined education/experience as a substitute), a minimum two (2) years financial institution sales and service experience, preferably in a progressive credit union, and OUTSTANDING inter-personal skills.
