If you are an active CA attorney that is interested, we bring in litigation files that would be retained by the 3rd party litigation firm, not you. You would receive a split of those fees pursuant to 2-200 CA Rules of Professional Conduct.

It is totally ethical and compliant. You would deal directly with the attorneys for the litigating firm and be responsible for making sure that our marketing efforts do not misrepresent product/service and do not engage in the unauthorized practice of law.

This position can be done in addition to your own practice. You must be currently licensed and active in CA. New Grads welcome.
