Looking for an assistant to handle

-All inbound buyer calls.
-Follow up with buyers leads.
-Search for properties for buyers.
-Show buyers properties.
-Prepare offers for submission
-scan/pdf, upload and email to clients.
-Transaction coordination – Assure all disclosures are prepared for files and assure escrow has necessary documents.
-Short sale negotiation and follow up.
-Host open houses
-Put up lock boxes, for sale signs, open house signs.
-Take pictures of properties
-Create and print open house flyers.
-distribute flyers and talk to homeowners in area.
-Attend real estate events in order to represent real estate office.
-Recruit new agents.
-Projects will be routinely created and must be executed dilligently.
