CBS Interactive is looking for a mobile advertising ops coordinator for traffic and account management.This role supports Advertising Operations in campaign pre-planning, trafficking and ongoing campaign management. The role requires meticulous, thorough attention to details, as well as an understanding of and the digital advertising sales and delivery processes, especially mobile.
The ad ops coordinator reports directly to Product Managers and to Ad Operations leads, and is a critical component of a team that delivers innovative, cutting-edge advertising solutions to a wide list of prominent clients. The coordinator will support the sales process through daily traffic analysis and optimization functions. The position will have overall account management performance goals and advertiser satisfaction goals. This position will also provide strategic and tactical input to the ad products function and the product development team.
Primary Job Responsibility
- Manage process from Salesforce entry to execution to reporting to post-campaign analysis
- Ensure correct targeting, reporting, and verification of live campaign status
- Day to day management of ad serving partner relationship
- Communicate with internal clients re: campaign delivery, including creative placement, screenshots and allocations
- Support Ad Operations and Sales in inventory forecasting
- Collaborate with third party partners in testing and flighting rich media campaigns
- Ensure platform support and work closely with internal and external QA for ongoing verification
- Monitor mobile advertising activity and develop reports to support Ad Sales
- Develop end of month comprehensive campaign review reportsREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Strong knowledge of ad serving technology and understanding of 3rd party ad servers (DoubleClick, AdMarvel, Atlas, 24/7 Media etc.)
- Experience working on mobile platforms
- Experience working with ad networks, brand and performance advertisers
- Understanding of ad targeting and performance optimization
- Superior organizational, reporting, and communication skills
- Strong analytic and mathematic skills
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter in learning new technologies
- Team player, high-energy, driven, revenue focused work style and focus
- Comfortable working in a casual yet fast-paced work environment
- BS or BA or equivalent work experience
