CDBG/HOME Coordinator: Seeking experienced individual who is knowledgeable in CDBG and HOME regulations and administration of programs. The individual should have a strong understanding of and professional working experience on IDIS, CHDO agreements, Analysis of Impediments, Sub-recipient Agreements, CDBG and HOME funded residential rehabilitation projects (applicant intake and pre-screening, work-write-up and inspections), completion of Annual Action Plan, CAPER, and overall program management. The individual will work between 20 and 40 hours per week from his/her home office and/or city hall through my consulting company as a sub-contractor. Individual should have 4 to 10 years of working experience specifically on managing the overall CDBG/HOME program on behalf of a municipality or as an auditor completing reviews and assessments of city CDBG/HOME programs. Knowledge of Davis Bacon and bilingual abilities are desireable.
