Change Management Project Manager (LA)

  • Project Manager and/or, Senior/Project Executive, and/or all team lead(s) shall have a minimum
    of Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, or a closely related
    field and eight (8) years of change management experience.

    Minimum Qualifications include the following:
    a. Prior experience leading complex organizational change management similar to those
    described in the Statement of Work.
    b. Prior experience implementing at least two (2) successful projects similar in scope and
    size as described herein.
    c. Experience in preparing and delivering formal written and oral communications in the
    past twelve (12) months.
    d. Experience in process improvement, engineering or reengineering.
    e. Experience in facilitating consensus and team building.
    f. Experience with proven process methodologies.
    g. Experience in training and performance support, and training needs assessments.

    Other proposed personnel (non-administrative and non-team leads) shall have at a minimum
    five (5) years of professional experience in delivering organizational change management
    services.
