Chef is responsible for preparing sushi and other various food products, ensuring the quality and presentation of food products prepared, performing all station functions necessary in the prep and cooking areas, providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times.

Due to health related reasons we are in immediate need of a lodge chef to prepare meals for our clients. We are looking for a professionally trained chef to finish the last three weeks of the season
