Job Description

This role is to support Onestop’s clients. The ideal candidate will successfully help manage our growth and contribute to our profitability and success in the future.
Duties:
• Responsible for timely workflow of web management deliverables and timelines; includes overseeing and validating the work completed, Possess clear understanding of the importance of high quality work and accuracy and its impact on the customer’s site experience.
• Support online exclusive businesses strategies through promotional strategies, and product presentation
• Understand components to analyze and help drive the online business based on daily and weekly sales, margin performance and on-line consumer feedback.
• Act as a liaison to the call center and fulfillment center concerning product issues
• Develop the ability to recap business and articulate learning to cross-functional teams
• Research solutions working with the engineering, creative and marketing teams
• Ensure that clients’ projects are managed from inception to completion
• Experience troubleshooting various issues in a timely manner
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to client inquires quickly and effectively
• Manage/supervise assistants ensuring daily tasks, objectives, and deadlines are completed.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience required
• Must have moderate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• MS Office Skills
• Brand and Industry knowledgeable
• Possess a strong sense of urgency when appropriate, along with the ability to prioritize projects when necessary
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task and follow up
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and ecommerce are a plus
