Commercial Real Estate Marketing Director
Qualifications

- Must have experience working with the program In-design.
- Expertise in Photoshop, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe, and/or any other marketing related software or programs
- Experience with Constant Contact or other email marketing programs
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate industry in order to effectively create CMA’s
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Experience with Costar and Loopnet
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Creative and organized
Responsibilities
- Enter all listings in Costar, Loopnet and website wit in 24 hours of signed listing agreement.
- Create email marketing campaigns for listings and tenant requirements
- Develop online presence through social media outlets
- Maintain property photos; ensure quality of photos for marketing purposes
- Create and distribute Just Sold/Listed postcards for mailings
- Monthly audit of all marketing materials to ensure accuracy
- Create monthly marketing logs and reports to send to clients
- Coordinate weekly marketing meetings
- Design and create marketing material including listing presentation, sale packages, CMA’s and property flyers
- Create ads and press releases for local and national publications as needed
- Order and track all signs and banners
- Assist in researching, designing and creating a new company website
