The GoConcierge.net application is used by hotel Concierges around the world to add efficiencies to the daily operation by eliminating the need for manually tracking activities via log books and binders. We are looking for someone that is well-rounded, energetic, likes to smile and has a passion for training and providing exceptional customer service and support. This person must possess excellent communication skills- both verbal and written and be able to multi-task. We are looking for someone with hotel operations experience and Concierge experience.
 

 
This position requires extensive travel both domestically and internationally and any candidate for this position must be flexible with his/her schedule. This position will involve all aspects of the operation including training, managing daily client requests, communicating with clients and cultivating new relationships.
