PROJECT ENGINEER 
Work Duties:  
Prepare and track product submittals 
Prepare, review and track change orders with Project Manager 
Prepare project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking 
Prepare RFIs and track/document responses 
Assist Project Manager with schedule review and analysis and correspondences 
Assist field with means and methods of construction and progress of the job 
Develop an understanding of scheduling, process and job management 
Perform quantity take-offs, obtain material and equipment cost 
May assist in the estimating process 
 
Successful candidates will have: 
Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in construction  
A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and/or independently 
Effective verbal and written communication skills 
Dependability 
Good problem solving skills and ability to multi-task 
Strong organizational skills 
Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image  
Good computer skills, proficient at Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook 
*UDA Construction Software experience is preferred
