Required Qualifications: 
- Minimum 5 years commercial construction project management 
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs 
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills  
 
 
Duties / Responsibilities 
- Full process management for commercial construction projects 
- Estimating / bidding / conceptual budgeting commercial interior projects 
- AIA contract and subcontractor contract negotiation / analysis 
- Emphasis on sustainability and entertainment sub-markets is a plus
