OSHPD Project manager required by busy design firm. Must have experience working with OSHPD, IOR’s, and ACO’s. Duties will include coordinating Designers, Architects, Engineers, Inspectors and Contractors. Heavy attention to detail is a must. Will submit all paperwork in a timely manner and be able to forecast job timelines and milestones. 3+ years of construction management, OSHPD experience and permit paperwork submission required. 
 
Focus is to oversee multiple projects through all phases including design, permitting, building, inspection and closeout.  
 
Work is part-time to full-time. Mostly from home but occasional visits to the office in central LA are required for meetings. Job site visits also occasionally required.
