Content/Pack-Out Manager needed for a Highly successful Emergency Water Restoration Company
OBJECTIVE: The Pack-Out Supervisor directly supervises and
coordinates the activities of operating
workers within the pack-out function, while consistently
achieving Key Performance Indicator targets.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Effectively supervise and coordinate pack-out operations and related staff for the company’s
production function while consistently achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of plant performance.
• Enforce safety regulations.
• Continually monitor and evaluate all pack-out related operations, programs, processes
and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between
departments.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet
production goals.
o Confer with management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
o Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions; recommend and
implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods,
equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.
o Execute and document any training associated with employee safety or Standard Operating Procedure
• Monitor pack-out staff to ensure everyone is following the guidelines established in the
Companies Safety Policy.
o Follow all safety protocols without fail.
o Cooperate with managers and other leaders to ensure all company legal and ethical
requirements are met.• Provide support and assistance to other Production or Operations team members.
• Participate in the daily Operations staff meeting and weekly employee tailgate meetings.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Two to five years of relevant supervisory experience in Content/Pack out Supervision
• Bilingual/bi-literate in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing); English language
proficiency including word meanings, spelling, composition and grammar
• Document control experience; knowledge of process, documentation and reporting
standards
• Organized and self-directed; able to supervise others effectively
• Actively attends to, conveys and understands others’ comments and questions
• Communicates effectively with others orally
• Able to obtain and appropriate the proper usage of equipment, facilities, materials, and
personnel
• Able to convince a group of people to work together toward a goal
• Adapts to changes in the workplace
• Identifies and corrects conditions that affect employee safety
• Completes assigned tasks under stressful situations
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required
• Able to stand, bend, twist and walk for 8-10 hours.
