CORPORATE PARALEGAL

The Seattle, WA
office of this prominent global practice is seeking to fill a position as a Corporate
Paralegal on a full-time, direct-hire basis.This position will provide corporate support to attorneys with a
specific clientele involving emerging companies.Due to this niche clientele, the firm is
requiring candidates to possess the following experience with emerging
companies: corporate support, formation, maintenance, venture capital
financing, stock options, blue-sky research and other substantive corporate
duties as assigned by counsel.At least
3 to 5years of the aforementioned experience is required.

COMPENSATION

 An
