Creative Advertising Agency is seeking a Recruiter. This person will reportinto the HR Director and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for the Los Angeles office from sourcing resumes to sending the offer.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be in a collaborative, fast paced and creative environment. We are looking for an experienced recruiter, preferably with an advertising or entertainment background.

Summarized responsibilities will include:

o Find, assess, and engage the highest quality candidates for all vacant positions — both fulltime and freelance.

o Collaborate with management and department heads to create recruitment briefs and job specifications for each role.

o Create clear job descriptions and post to appropriate sources to attract talent.

o Develop a pool of qualified candidates through relationships with recruiters, contact with schools, and research

o Build networks to locate qualified candidates and attend industry events to make contacts in the industry.

o Complete the recruiting process including negotiating offers, financial approvals, and offer letters.

Requirements for this position include:

· Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.

· College degree required, focus in Human Resources a plus.

· Advertising agency experience is preferred, but also open to candidates with media background.

· Able to work in a confidential environment.

· Ability to work fairly independently.

· Proactive and buttoned up approach.

· Adaptable and positive when faced with changing circumstances.

· Strong relationship building skills, able to relate to managers and employees in a very honest and engaging manner.

Compensation:
65-90k DOE

Hours- 9-5:30 plus flexibilty for OT as needed
