As a CRM Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun, exciting, and evolving field! Working in the Relationship Marketing Services group, the CRM Strategist will have the opportunity to demonstrate expertise in CRM strategies and translate them into overall digital strategies for multiple brands. This role will be communications experts who work closely with Account Management, Analytics and Optimization teams, as well as other areas to strategically and operationally support multiple brands across a variety of verticals. This role will help to create digital strategies that align to the brand’s core objectives and service offerings, and ultimately, acquire, engage and retain customers.

Operationally, the CRM Strategist will work with numerous analytics tools to create client-facing reports and presentations that support and track the communication and engagement strategies/tactics of the brands, while making recommendations to optimize programs. Candidates must be able to include knowledge of marketing communication best practices in their work.

The CRM Strategist will work independently with minimal oversight. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and should be able to think strategically and analytically. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is crucial. The ideal candidate should demonstrate an understanding of ESP’s, multi-channel messaging and show interest in emerging technologies and touch points. The optimal candidate should also have familiarity with leading analytic tools such as Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, etc. This is a new position in our LA office, created to work on an exciting new client.
