    Part-Time (Approx. 25 hours/week) openings in our customer support
    department.

  • Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Type 50-60 wpm 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • The ability to interact appropriately with government agencies
  • Must be a team player with schedule flexibility… some
    evening and weekends required
  • Detail oriented
  • Good analytical/problem solving skills
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
Duties Include:

  • Data entry
  • Analyzing data/reports
  • Reporting using internal applications exported to Excel
  • Compiling and analyzing reports to various regulatory
    agencies
  • Ad hoc projects as requested
  • Extensive customer service via telephone, email and LiveChat
