    TITLE: Customer Care Specialist

    PM AND WEEKEND SHIFT

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Customer Care Specialist will handle incoming calls, emails, and outgoing follow-up calls with external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will have strong phone, writing, follow up and problem solving skills and be results oriented to exceed customer expectations.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from our customers accurately, efficiently and courteously to delivery world class service.
    Communicate with the field installation teams, engineers, and account managers on the status of system completions and follow up with customer’s calls and email inquiries.
    Proactively update customers of the progress of their installation and set-up of their new solar system though all stages of progress.
    Work with the Customer Care Management team on various service improvement initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to delivery world class service with accuracy, efficiency and courtesy.
    • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in email inquiries.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Ability to establish priorities and maintain follow up touch points with customers.
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and other Microsoft and related applications).
    • Ability to stay cool under pressure while working with tight deadlines.
    • A team player attitude is a must.
