We are a fast paced and quickly growing Apparel Manufacturer looking for a Customer Service Asst. to help with customer follow up, data entry, and clerical support. Qualified candidates will have a high level of computer proficiency and be knowledgeable in Excel, Outlook, Office, with experience in EDI and Apparel Magic software a plus!
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to manage multiple tasks and juggle various responsibilities
Great communicator, extremely detail oriented, self starter and team player
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Extremely responsive via email and phone with outstanding written and verbal skills
Sense of urgency and strong problem solving skills
Courteous and professionalJOB DESCRIPTION
Communicate with Controller regarding inventory levels, receivers, and payments
Respond to customer emails and phone calls
Notify customers regarding shipments, delivery dates, payment
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping department for order processing and shipments
File, Fax, and Copy purchase orders, confirmations, and receivers as needed
Run ATS reportsQualified Candidates please respond with resume and salary history.
