While other retailers are going out of business during these troubling economic times, Dazadi.com continues to grow. We have a small staff that “wears many hats.” If you like to do one thing all day every day, this is not the place for you.
THE POSITION: Dazadi.com is looking for an experienced customer service department manager with a naturally positive and friendly demeanor. The workload of our customer service department is growing rapidly and we need someone who can see what needs to be done and make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- Constantly analyze and improve customer service procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries and solve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Track Orders for Customers
- Take Customer Orders
- Become an expert on products, services, and policies in order to support Dazadi customers.
Qualifications:
- Must have customer service management experience
- Must have legitimate training and experience in Customer Service
- Smart, friendly, and gets things done.
- Intensely proactive and hard working, a self-starter
- Thrives on chaos and uncertainty
- Upbeat, friendly, and positive attitude with great phone presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to stay on task and fulfill responsibilities with very little oversight.
- Basic knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
